Hotter than hell

What a gorgeous day today, it's be really hot (which I love), but I'm not looking forward to a sticky night!

Had a lovely day today, although getting up at 7am on a Saturday to go and have a lady stick needles in me is not my idea of weekend fun. My acupuncture session was at 8.30am, and I had even more needles in this time than the other day.

I had 2 in each ear today and they bloody hurt! Didn't like that one bit. I think it was 15 needles in total. I have to go back on Tuesday for the pre-egg collection session and again on Friday (twice!) and I'm now not looking forward to either session. She charges £40 per session to hurt me too! The things we do!

After I'd been turned into a pin cushion, I went to the clinic to get 3 more amps of menopur or I will run out tonight, I'm hoping that tomorrow is my last dose:)

The rest of the day was really nice, we took a slow drive in the afternoon down to Monkey World in Dorset which was a really cool place. If you've ever watched ITV's Monkey Business then you have seen it - it is a Monkey sanctuary for rescused chimps and orangs, as well as a few other other primates. They do an amazing job of looking after their animlas and giving them a quality of life that they have never known. If you are ever down that way - go and support them!

We also popped into a friends party in Weymouth for a short while before coming home (and having to do the injections in the car!) I'm off to bed soon, I need an early night as I'm really tired, and Chris has some work to do tomorrow!
