It's going to be a quiet weekend, as I'm basically staying in bed! It is recommended that after embryo transfer you spend 3 days getting bedrest, so this is what I will be doing. It's a good job we have a tempur matress, which is Soooooo comfy, I don't mind being here - as long as I have things to do! I can stand about 20 minutes on the laptop before it starts to get uncomfortable, and daytime TV sucks, so I'm reduced to watching CSI on DVD (series one and 2 so far) and reading every gossip magazine from the newsagents! I will have to get a book for tomorrow!!
I'm hoping tomorrow will be my last day in bed, although I can get up and potter around a little. I got up for lunch and dinner, and even popped out to Tesco's with Chris to get a few things in earlier, so all is not lost yet!
Other than that, nothing going on.
Oh we were woken up at 6.20am by the kids next door shouting again - it's getting beyond a joke now. They are 6 and 7 years old, boys and the youngest is the loudest child I have ever known. He shouts and screams, every day. I can stand it in the afternoon when they are out playing, but being woken every weekend before 7am is not funny - I will have plenty of this to deal with later with my own child, but for now I'd like to sleep!
