I'm still bleeding a little, I noticed this morning it was a little redder than before and possibly a little more than before but it's hard to tell. I'm going to call the clinic this morning and see what they say as it's been going on for over a week now and I'm starting to get worried.
I've read in many places that bleeding in early pregnancy is normal and many women get this, but it can also be a sign of miscarriage if it is red blood and heavy (and you get cramping) so I'm just being very careful.
I went to the doctors yesterday to get signed up for a midwife, I have an appointment for my first antenatal screening next Wednesday, she will take blood samples, urine and ask a load of questions!
Other than that I'm feeling OK, the cramps still worry me, the bleeding is becoming a worry but I'm not really suffering with morning sickness yet (although a couple of times I have felt a little sick). I'm just going to take it easy today and stay relaxed on the sofa. I don't know what else to do - I have to keep this little one safe.
