At 11 am I was stood outside with the guy who fixed my car windscreen, and I watched the roadsweeper van go by - doing a lovely job of sweeping the edges of the road. Nice. It' is now 2pm and the council have sent a team of lads to cut the grass on the verge. Also nice. Only the lads are now using a blower and are blowing the cut crass into the road, thus screwing up the job the road sweeper did 3 hours ago! Top job.
I'm in serious pain too, back ache and stomach cramps. And to think I wanted this!!!!
Still, my car has gone in for it's MOT now - let's hope she passes. More later.
12.30am - Almost time for bed. The car passed it's MOT which is good news as there are no extra nasty bills! I spent the afternoon catching up on Big Brother and suffered my cramps and back ache with no pain killers. I'm not allowed to take anything because of the drugs, but this time I'm not complaining! It's all for a good cause!
