I've just had a conversation with Chris about what title I should put in for today, I like the one I've used as it's bloody true - I've pee'd about 21 times today - I should take out shares in Andrex toilet tissue as I'm solely responsible for their rise in sales right now. I'm drinking on average 4-5 litres of fluid A DAY, as instructed by the clinic and it means I'm visiting the bathroom every 30 minutes. Most annoying as it buggers up my day! Chris on the other hand would rather I put the title as 'Full of piss and wind'. I'm not saying any more. (But I am blaming the drugs entirely)
Another round of injections, it's getting better. Some nights it seems to hurt more than others, I'm wondering if that is down to the position of the needle in my stomach as we are using a different spot each night. I am bruising a little so we are just avoiding the bruises at the moment. Pretty soon you will be able to do a dot to dot picture on my tummy. We will have to see what it turns out to be :)
Other than that, for me it was a very nice, quiet day. After dropping Chris off at the station I came home and did a little work on the PC, then sat down and watched Brokeback Mountain - which was a good movie.
I then spoke with my very good friend Pat in the US, who is having her kitchen remodelled at the moment - Pat, I hope the quote the kitchen man gave you today was a good one and that he doesn't take 6 months like the Air conditioning man did, otherwise you will just have to fly me over there to kick his butt. Just think, the faster you get your kitchen done - the sooner you can have the swimming pool:)
I also used my new George Foreman grill again. Today I cooked salmon steak and asparagus on it - all done in about 6 minutes and perfectly cooked with almost no effort on my part. This new kitchen toy is a miracle worker and I recommend everyone should have one. (Before you go out and buy one I need to find out if I can get a commission on sales! lol). Seriously though - it is the best thing I've had in the kitchen in forever, Get one.
