The last month went quickly, the last 2 days have gone sloooowly! I think it's because I have to relax and not do very much which is hard for a person like me to do. I'm usually buzzing around doing something, even if it's housework or pottering round. I was told by the clinic not to do housework (very light stuff is ok) but as I'm still feeling sore I'd rather stay away from it all.
I had a friend pop round today and help me with a little cleaning, that was nice - also a little company, and I also spent some time online chatting to my friend Pat who lives over in Annapolis, MD. We discussed the delights of the George Foreman G5 grill which she now has on order - I need to write to them and see if I can't get me a commission!
I used mine again today, steak and salad for lunch - steak is my absolute favourite food and I really could eat it every day so having the G5 grill is making my life so easy. Yum.
I spent the rest of the day watching tv on the sofa, oh except for the 3 hours this afternoon when I came up to bed to get some sleep as I'm really tired at the moment (which amazes me as I haven't lifted a finger in days!) I got an hour then I woke up busting for a pee, then I got another hour and woke up again needing a pee. This drinking 3 litres of water a day is really beginning to annoy me. I can't make it through the night without getting up at least twice, and the pressure from a full bladder makes everything inside hurt more.
No sign of any symptoms yet, not that I'm expecting any this early in. The waiting is killing me.
Oh, Chris got home at 9.30pm last night. I was in a mood with him for not telling me he was going to be late, but he brought me a gorgeous bunch of pink long stemmed roses (good choice!) so all was forgiven. I was just tired and cranky, and also hungry - not a good combination in a highly over hormonal woman.
