Lots going on

It's been just over a week since my last update, just taking some time out to enjoy life before we start the next round of treatment. I've also been busy working for a couple of different clients so updating my blog wasn't a high priority.

So what's been going on?

IVF: Still waiting to start treatment. I have an appointment booked in with the clinic on Monday 21st August as I'm expecting my period to start on or around the 19th - the trip to the clinic will be for a couple of things. The first thing is to get the new batch of drugs, I will also be having a scan, and some blood tests. Not terribly exciting, but it signals the start of the treatment. Not long to go now!

Work: I've been busy doing some editing for one client and some web research for another, this has kept me busy for the last few days. No news yet on the job I went for as yet but I'm not that worried about it right now.

Fun stuff: I went to Somerset this week for a couple of days. It was my best friend Shelly's Birthday, and I wanted to go and spend some time with her. Also Chris was away on Business so it made sense to take myself off and have some fun!

We went to Weston on her birthday, that was nice as I haven't been there for a few years. We went on the pier and had donughts and candy!

I may leave it another week to write in here, but I do intend to go back to daily updates again when we start the treatment. I'm sure you are all more interested in that, than the crap I get up to day to day!
