I'm pleased to report that we now have 2 little embryos back on board the mothership!
We have been informed that we put back 2 lovely 8 cell embryos, one was a grade 2 and the other was a grade 2-3.
We also have 3 other embryos left, and we've just spoken to the clinic who said they didn't think that the ones that were left were that great but they thought that 2 would survive a thaw if we needed them.
We have 1 that is a 6 cell grade 2, one is a 6 cell grade 3 (they think this one wouldn't make it) and the other is a 4 cell grade 2 (just a little slower than the rest).
Well we thought about it and we decided to take the risk to freeze them. It's an extra £400 but a frozen cycle is 1/4 of the cost of a fresh cycle. It is a risk, but one we thought we should take as we simply cannot afford to do another fresh cycle at Woking.
So - we are officially PUPO (Pregnant Until Proven Otherwise!) and we now have a long, slow two weeks to get through until test day.
Here is a picture of the 2 little ones!
