Final scan at the hospital this morning - plus a blood test to check my oestrogen levels (which came back at 6516) and the hospital called this afternoon to say that egg collection will go ahead on Monday as planned.
Here are the results of the scan today - we now have 15 follicles as follows:
Left Side: 11 follicles: 12, 12, 13, 13, 15, 16, 18, 18, 19, 19, 21
Right side: 4 follicles: 13, 17, 18, 20
My lining is still 8.5mm
Again as before - here are the previous cycles scans at the same stage so you can compare:
3rd cycle - Monday July 16th 2007
Left side: 5 follicles: 21, 17, 16, 11, 10
Right side: 3 follicles: 19, 12, 10
Lining is 9.1mm
2nd cycle: Wednesday September 6th 2006
Left Side: 3 follicles measuring 13, 20 and 22mm
Right side: 6 follicles measuring 10, 11, 21, 23, 24 and 25mm
Lining is 8.5mm
1st cycle - Monday July 03, 2006
Left side: 13 follicles 12, 12, 14, 14, 14 15, 15, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23mm
Right side: 7 follicles: 9, 12, 16, 16, 18, 21, 21mm
My lining is 8.8mm
We will be doing one last dose of Menopur tonight and a final dose of Cetrotide in the morning - then tomorrow night we will have the trigger shot which is the 10,000 pregnyl.
Then we have to be admitted at 7am on Monday morning and I will be taken down to the operating theatre at 9am!
Can't wait - it's going to work this time.
