We went to the registry office today to get the girls officially registered! It was all rather dull but we do not have an official birth certificate for each of them.
It's all done on computer these days and printed out - such a shame as the old style of handwritten birth certificates have a certain feel to them that the new 'printed' ones just don't have.
So they are real now, official and documented!
We also went to see two of the other twin mums from the ante natal group, their babies are 6 weeks and 8 weeks old, it was lovely to see them and also to see how big ours will get over the coming weeks!
All in all a lovely but tiring day - bed time now! Hoping that the girls will settle tonight to give us more than 3 hours sleep :) still loving it though...

OH Elly! I just decided to check and see if your twins arrived, yet! And look! Congratulations to you and Chris! I am so happy for you! Your girls are beautiful! I just could burst into tears - just so happy for you! I am still waiting for the arrival of my baby - feel like I may pop any day now! I am 37 weeks now! Feel free to email me, but you probably have your hands more than full right now!
