It's all happening and the dates are set!
I am flying to America on March 27th and coming home on April 20th - so I will be there for the whole treatment cycle, which thankfully is a short one! (or it could have been 6 weeks there!).
Chris will join me on April 20th and we will return home together hopefully pregnant!
I'm now in the process of organising buying some of the drugs here in the UK, there rest I will get in the US (the cheaper ones!), I haven't begun to count the cost yet, but so far the flights only cost us £64 each in taxes as we are using up our airmiles so that was good!
I'm sure I will think about the rest later!
