Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow...

I woke up early again this morning (6am) and it was dark, I didn't realise at the time that the world outside was turning white with snow.

When the sun finally rose and I looked out the window just after 7 there was a light covering of snow over the ground - so I took this photo:



As they day wore on, the snow continued to fall, adding layer upon later of crisp white perfectly formed snowflakes until it was about 2 inches deep!

Just before it got dark, I went out in the snow to make a snowman - sadly due to the snow being so fresh, it didn't stick well together, so making as much as a small snowball was almost impossible - there goes the giant snow willy that I had planned to build on the front lawn! lol

So in honour of my husband, I just did this:



I knew he'd laugh - and of course he did as I sent it to him over the blackberry messenger system - he said "I'm so proud of you!! lol - it's good to know he is easily pleased....
