I was told to stay in bed for the next 24 hours - only allowed out of bed to go to the toilet - so I did, which meant I was waited on hand and foot yesterday by my wonderful friends Pat and Walt.
I had all my food brought to me in bed, TV with remote control and my laptop with a nice lap tray!!! it was lovely - although I did find I got restless just sitting around.
We had a lovely meal last night of roast chicken with corn and spinach and mashed potato - all brought up on a tray! I felt spoiled!
It's time to leave the bed though - I now have back ache where I have been sat up for so long, so I need to move around before my legs go numb!
